One of the best ways to see our city, is by bike. You can find information on where to rent a bike here: http://www.thehague.events/renting/
But, the city of The Hague does not allow bicycles (or in Dutch Fietsen) to be parked just anywhere in the city. This includes the alley entrance of the Pink Flamingo Hostel. It could be possible that you bike is taken by the city’s handhaving (street enforcement officers) and this could result in you having to pay to get your bike back. We would hate that, so please have a good read below for other options.
There are many designated places in the city centre to park you bike – looks for the white boxes painted on the street, and the blue bicycle signs on poles. You can park your bike there with no worries.
There are also Bieskellete bicycle parking garages in the city!
One is located directly behind the Pink Flamingo Hostel. You can find the address on google maps by clicking this link: https://goo.gl/maps/LPUxnYfc9m9WT36Q9
If you are confused where to park please have a chat with the receptionist at Pink Flamingo, they can happily explain the rules to you.
