Zier running

Every 1st Thursday of the month! A joint running training with the aim of a pleasant training in which the fun factor and the social aspect play an important role. Depending on the size of the group, different training elements can be considered as training courses or intervals. The training is organized from our subsidiary Zier Running Laan van Meerdervoort 632. We start at 19:30 with the training, collecting from 19:00 at the store. The training is free of charge.…
